"Our spiritual work is to grow more connected to others around us. Our obstacle is stored hurt. When we don't resolve conflicts in our relationships, our lives can't move forward." from daily Kabbalah lesson.
How connected are we? Are we more concerned about our needs to recognize the needs of others. Each journey has its own signature, yet we all hurt when someone is hurting. We all suffer when another has pain. Perhaps not immediately as parodied in the movies, but the ripple effect reaches every soul on this planet.
What ripple are you sending?

There is a well known expression out there that still sounds like good advice "Watch your thoughts for they become words. Watch your words for they become your actions. Watch you actions for they become habits. Watch you habits for they become character and your character becomes your destiny."
We must decide whether we are going to dedicate ourselves to God or serve the world system
Blessings,
Fred

In past weeks, Celebration messages have discussed the power of I am. We have focused on learning the breathing technique of breathing in and stating "I am …" (ex. I am prosperous, I am beautiful, I am loving, I am healthy, etc) taking another breathe and stating "I AM". Now, has this soaked into your bones, your core, your soul and are your feet taking you where you want to be?
If doing this one time does not seem to have any effect, try repeating this statement a number of times. Use a rosary, a mala or an abacus if necessary. Make it your mantra. Become your I AM, feel your I AM, and notice how things begin to change in your daily life. Be grateful for your I AM and where it takes you. Be grateful for the experience and feel your vibration shift to a new level.
Blessings,
Fred
